TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b)
DFC Community Stadium Company Ltd is conducting pre-application consultation for a mixed use development comprising: the erection of a football stadium and associated uses (including restaurant, hospitality and function suites), floodlit sports pitches, access, parking and landscaping in detail; and additional residential, commercial and tourism uses in principle on land at Young’s Farm, bounded by River Leven to east, A82 to north and railway line to the west. A public exhibition of the proposals will be held at Dumbarton Football Club, Castle Road, Dumbarton on Friday 11th November 2016 between 11.00 a.m - 7.00 p.m. Further information relating to these proposals may be obtained from Montagu Evans, 302 St Vincent St, Glasgow, G2 5RU or by email to roddy.macleod@montagu-evans.co.uk. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals should submit these to the above address by 30th November 2016. Please Note - This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to West Dunbartonshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to West Dunbartonshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will then have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposals.
