A man wanted over the disappearance of Alexandria mum Lisa Brown has been arrested in Heathrow Airport.
Metropolitan Police confirmed Simon Corner, 35, was arrested on a European Arrest Warrant for alleged "conspiracy to murder".
He was arrested on a flight from South America on Monday this week and appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The Metropolitan Police has said the arrest was at the request of Spanish authorities.
Mr Corner is now set to be sent to Spain within ten days of the court hearing.
Mum-of-one Lisa was last seen in the Costa del Sol in November, 2015. Her body has never been found.
Lisa’s family have pushed relentlessly to find out what happened to her.
