A MAN has been treated in hospital for a facial injury after he was attacked by two men in a residential street in Dumbarton.
The 40-year-old was attacked by two men in Ardoch Crescent in Brucehill between 1.40am and 2.10am on Thursday, June 10.
According to police the two men believed to be responsible were under 5ft 11in tall, of slim build, and were wearing all dark clothing.
The victim sustained facial injuries which required treatment in hospital.
Detective Constable Mersey of West Dunbartonshire CID said: “We are currently carrying out enquiries in relation to this incident, which includes gathering and viewing CCTV footage in the local area to identify those involved.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone with any information to contact police.
“If you can assist with our investigation please contact police on 101 quoting incident no: 0314 of June 10, 2021.
