FAMILIES flocked to Loch Lomond Shores last Sunday to enjoy the latest food and craft market.
The weekly event sees both adults and youngsters enjoy a variety of outdoor stalls including fresh produce, artisan goods, continental foods, unique crafts and street food.
The market features a wide range of local producers selling a tasty selection of Scottish produce, and can also feature local artists and food products for your four legged friends.
Audrey Calder from Loch Lomond Shores, said she anticipated a successful summer season for the complex.
She added: “The market is going extremely well and I think our visitors appreciate the opportunity to shop outdoors as well as indoors.
“It adds a bit of colour and something different on-site.We found that last summer, the market proved incredibly popular for people, hence why we decided to roll it out every week on a Sunday until the end of August.
“We’re going on what happened last summer and how successful it was, and replicating it this summer.
“The site as a whole and the shops are doing well.
“Loch Lomond Shores is a great place for people to go at the moment because it gives them a bit of flexibility with outdoor space as well as some safe indoor shopping.
“I think we’re going to have a great summer and we are ideally placed to allow people to enjoy the outdoors in the next few months.”
Previous stall holders include Erincroft, Ann Davidson Butchers, Falls of Dochart Smokehouse, Provence, Caurnie Soap, Three Sisters Bake, Catherines Jewellery, Gill’s Tropic Skincare, Morrisons Craft, BnB Photography, Designers Direct, Molvino, Blendy Pens, Mia Mae, McDug Nutrition, Designs on Dogs, Wee Jaggy Plates, It’s The Thought That Counts, Creamy Cheesecake Company, Kaka Sweets, Town Head Farm, 100% Handmade, and Blueberry Art also featured at the event.
