Police confirm that the body has been found near a bus stance
A man has been found dead next to a bus stop in Balloch.
The body was discovered near the bus stance on Balloch Road at about 11am on Sunday.
Police remain on the scene but saythat the incident is being treated as unexplained.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11am on Sunday, September 19, officers were made aware that the body of a man was found in the Balloch Road area, Alexandria.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
"Emergency services remain in the area.”
