FANS of River City are in for a treat as stars of the show past and present are heading for Dumbarton.
Jordan Young, Stephen Purdon and Scott Fletcher will appear at the Dumbarton Masonic Sports and Social Club for a Q&A night hosted by presenter Ross Owen.
Organisers have promised an evening of fun with actors interviewed on stage followed by live music and a chance to meet and greet.
Young became a recognised face on TV with his role as Alex Murdoch in the BBC Scotland soap and followed this up by playing PC Jack McLaren in Scots Squad.
Purdon will forever be remembered as 'Shellsuit Bob' - and recently marked 20 years on the show after arriving in Shieldinch in 2002.
Bob's best pal in the show, Angus Lindsay, is played by Fletcher and the three are expected to recall their favourite memories from their time on the hit drama.
The popular soap - best known for characters such as Bob and Lenny Murdoch, as well as providing a launchpad for the careers of dozens of actors and featuring a host of well-known guest stars - has been filmed in Dumbarton since it was first broadcast, on the specially-built Gooseholm set, which used to be the former J&B bottling plant.
Tickets for the event, to be held on Friday, May 26, are already on sale and can be bought here.
