THREE people were towed to safety by the Loch Lomond Rescue Boat after an alert from police.
In its first callout of 2023, the rescue boat's crew were paged by Police Scotland to provide assistance to a motorboat at 2.06pm on Thursday, February 9.
The rescue boat was launched from its Luss base and made its way to the reported area, eventually locating the boat on the Boturich shore.
In an update posted on social media, a spokesperson for the rescue boat's crew said: "Due to the rocky location two members of the crew had to enter the water to reach the boat and attach a tow line.
"The boat was towed to safety back at Duncan Mills slipway."
After the trio returned to dry land the rescue boat's crew stood down and returned to Luss.
