FOUR men have been arrested following a crack-down on antisocial behaviour and disorder in the Loch Lomond area.
Officers from Police Scotland’s community policing team were on the scene in Balloch and Luss over the weekend in response to recent concerns.
Police confirmed four males were arrested in connection with alleged disorder and resisting arrest.
Six people were handed fines for reportedly drinking in the street and two individuals were given recorded warnings for being found in possession of controlled drugs.
It is understood that cops were assisted by police horses, British Transport Police, and the Forest Rangers from the National Park in targeting “individuals unwilling to behave responsibly”.
Police have reassured local communities in this area that they will continue to target anti-social behaviour and disorder.
