A NEW exhibition which explores prisoners of war and witchcraft trials is set to come to Dumbarton next month.
The crime and punishment exhibition hosted by West Dunbartonshire Arts and Heritage team will be at Dumbarton Library from September 11 until January 31, 2024.
The free attraction will provide insight into the justice system and penalties imposed in the town.
The exhibition includes features on the infamous witchcraft trials of the 17th century, prisoners of war incarcerated in Dumbarton Castle, and Dumbarton Prison.
Opening hours
Monday, Thursday and Friday - 9.30am-5pm
Tuesday - 1pm-8pm
Wednesday - 9.30am-8pm
Saturday - 10am-1pm
