A MAJOR road in Dumbarton and the Vale is set to be closed later this weekend.
The A82 northbound from Barloan Roundabout to Stoneymollan Roundabout in Balloch is expected to be shut overnight later this week for grass cutting.
This means that the northbound slip road onto Renton Road will also be closed overnight.
The four-mile stretch of road will be closed from 8pm until 6am for one night between August 18 and August 22.
All vehicles except those associated with the works won’t be able to access the road.
