A POPULAR free festival in Loch Lomond will be hosting two Scottish celebrity chefs.
Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival will be welcoming Tony Singh and Rohan Wadke who are set to inspire visitors with their free cooking demonstrations.
The much-loved event will be held on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3.
A variety of food and drink will be on offer, as well as whisky and gin tastings, cooking classes, street food from around the world, rides for children, craft stalls, and live entertainment.
Cameron House chef Rohan was a finalist on MasterChef UK in 2016 and is always popular with festival goers.
He will be hosting cooking demonstrations on Saturday that will focus on sustainability and understanding a new era in the food industry.
Meanwhile, Tony is a winner of Scottish Chef of the Year and MasterChef Great Britain, the owner of award-winning restaurants, a cookbook author and a regular on TV.
He will be making his debut at the festival by hosting two cooking demonstrations as well as a Q&A on Sunday.
Audrey Calder, from Loch Lomond Shores, said: “We’re excited to have Rohan and Tony at this year’s festival for free cooking demonstrations.
"Both are incredibly talented and offer a wonderful opportunity for festivalgoers to watch and learn from the experts so they can hone their cooking talents.
“It’s also great to welcome back award-winning Loch Lomond Whiskies with their amazing expert tastings, which are always so popular with our festivalgoers.”
There will be plenty of entertainment for children over the two days, with rides, stilt walkers and fun mascots.
Lomond Radio will be broadcasting live from the event over the weekend, with visitors encouraged to come chat and place requests.
More information on the festival plans will be available here soon.
