DOGS across West Dunbartonshire are being given the chance to meet Santa Paws on a festive day at a local animal home.
The Scottish SPCA centre in Milton will host a very special 'Bring your doggo to Santa’s grotto’ Christmas fundraiser on December 10 to bring in some much-needed cash for the pets in their care.
The pups can get their picture taken with Santa and there will also be a chance to chat with the team and buy festive goodies from local vendors.
Ally Bibby, assistant manager at the centre, admitted it's going to be a good one.
She said: “We can’t wait to welcome the public to our centre on December 10.
"We held a similar event last year and we had ‘snow’ much fun, we decided to do it again this year.
“Tickets to the day are priced at £10, and this includes a photo of your dog with Santa ‘Paws’.
“Photos will be emailed within one week of the event.
“We are so excited to host our Christmas fundraiser, which will raise much-needed funds for the animals at our centre.
"We’re ‘Claus-itive’ that ‘yule’ be sorry if you miss it!”
The event will run from 11am until 2pm, and promises a day of joy and warmth.
