HOMES and businesses near Loch Lomond are being urged to review their security after a spate of break-ins.
Officers at Police Scotland's Argyll and West Dunbartonshire Division said they had been made aware of "several" incidents in the past week.
It is reported that thieves have been targeting homes and businesses along the A82 near Loch Lomond.
These places are often secluded and unoccupied which cops say makes them tempting for criminals.
Those with businesses or holiday homes in this area are being urged to take a look at their security arrangements.
Anyone who has any concerns about properties or premises that could be vulnerable to crime is asked to contact police via 101.
