A MAN has been arrested after an alleged robbery at a petrol station in Alexandria.
We previously reported that the Esso garage on Main Street had been cordoned off by police on Wednesday morning.
Officers said they received reports of the alleged incident at around 3.15am.
A 45-year-old man has now been arrested and charged in connection.
He is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Thursday, March 14.
