A WEST Dunbartonshire job fair will feature nearly 30 companies with vacancies.
Organised by the council's Working4U team, the event aims to provide opportunities for residents looking for work or a career change to meet with representatives from the companies.
The fair will be held on April 23 at the Concord Community Centre in Dumbarton, between 10am and midday.
Staff from Working4U will also be on hand to help people develop their CV and identify training opportunities.
Councillor Gurpreet Singh Johal, convener of Housing and Communities, said: "I would encourage anyone who is interested in hearing about local vacancies to attend the jobs fair.
"Thank you to the hard-working staff at Working4U who have organised this event which I am sure will be useful for those seeking job opportunities."
Councillor Hazel Sorrell, vice-convener of Housing and Communities, added: "As a council, we are keen to support people across our community who want to get into the job market.
"This is a great opportunity to speak to employers directly about the roles they are currently recruiting for."
The event is funded by the No-one Left Behind Scottish Government.
Registration takes place on the day or through the website at https://bit.ly/42vzUcY beforehand.
