A BREAK-IN at a property in Dumbarton has left a home damaged inside.
The incident took place on Bontine Avenue in Brucehill yesterday at around 7pm.
Cops say nothing appears to have been taken from property and they want to speak to the owner of a blue Audi that was in the area at the time of the disturbance.
They have also appealed to the public for any further information.
Detective Sergeant Peter Jarvis said: “Our enquiries so far have found that a car, a blue Audi, was in the area at the time. We are keen to speak to the owner of the vehicle, or anyone that saw it last night.
“If anyone saw anything suspicious or has private CCTV or dash cam covering the area, then please get in touch as you may have vital information that could help with our investigation.”
If you can assist please call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3251 of April 23.
