TWO cars have been set on fire in Dumbarton.
The incident is believed to have taken place between 1.30am and 2am on Monday, April 22, 2024 within a commercial yard in the West Bridgend area.
Police are treating the situation as deliberate and are appealing for more information.
Cops assisted the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service at the scene and the fires are being treated as suspicious.
Detective Constable Darren Campbell, from Clydebank CID, said: “We are appealing for anyone with information on the fires, or if you believe you saw any suspicious activity near to West Bridgend, to please come forward.
“You can call police on 101, quoting incident 0253 of 22 April, 2024. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
