A DUMBARTON primary school has raised money for charity after holding a table-top sale.
Pupils from Lennox Primary School donated £50 to CHAS Robin House after taking part in the event put on by Bonhill and Dalmonach Community Council.
The school raised almost £100 and the children were keen to donate some of this to a local charity with the rest of the money raised used to enhance the play-areas in their school.
The school was overwhelmed by the generous donations from pupils, parents/carers and school staff which included toys; homebaking; books and household goods.
Bonhill and Dalmonach Community Council have been working closely with the school and kindly donated new furniture for the school’s playground.
