A ROAD in Dumbarton could be set to face disruption for up to five days next week.
High Street will be shut from Tuesday, May 28 to allow for the renewal of anti-skid surfacing and the refreshing of road markings.
West Dunbartonshire announced the closure on their website.
However, they do note that it is anticipated that the disruption will only be in place until 5pm on Thursday, May 30.
The works in place mean there will be no waiting, loading or unloading and a parking suspension on High Street from the southern extended kerb line with Glasgow Road [A814] in a southerly direction to the junction with Castle Street, for a distance of 490 metres or thereby.
