Detectives are looking for 'anything suspicious' after a devastating fire at a hotel in Dumbarton.
We reported that Dumbuck House Hotel had become engulfed in flames at around 9pm on Sunday night.
It is the second fire in under a month the derelict building on Glasgow Road has been set alight, with another blaze occurring on June 27.
The fire was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and thankfully no one was injured.
Officers are treating this fire as a deliberate act and are now urging any witnesses who saw anything to get in touch.

“Enquiries are ongoing and we are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious.
“If you were in the area at the time please check any dash-cam footage to see if there is anything that could help with our investigation. Likewise, if you have private CCTV.”
Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3485 of Sunday, July 21, 2024, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
