A veterinary practice in Dumbarton is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Vets for Pets Dumbarton, located within the Pets at Home on the St James Retail Park, marked a decade of pet care with a celebratory birthday party which included pupcakes, goody bags, and tours of the surgery for clients and their pets.
The practice, which recently underwent a significant refurbishment and extension to expand its diagnostic treatment services, gained recognition as the Scottish Veterinary Practice of the Year in 2023 for its exceptional care.
Ciara Campbell, practice owner and veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets Dumbarton, said: "Reaching the milestone of 10 years is a phenomenal achievement and one the whole team is immensely proud of.
"We are so grateful to our amazing patients and their owners for supporting our practice.
"Over the last decade it has been a privilege to be a part of the local community - we have loved visiting local nurseries and schools, as well as hosting our own work placement scheme to help inspire the veterinary professionals of the future. We can’t wait to see what we achieve in the next 10 years and beyond.”
Since its opening in 2014 with only five team members, the practice now employs 25 colleagues including vets, advanced veterinary nurses, and experienced client care advisors.
