A community fire station is inviting locals to an open day filled with free activities.
The Dumbarton Fire Station will be hosting the event on Saturday, August 10 in their premises on Castlegreen Street.
Families and friends can take part in workshops for CPR as well as face painting, a bouncy castle and beat the goalie.

Brian's Ice Cream Van will be on hand to supply some cold refreshments as the crew will perform a live chip pan demonstration and show off some of the service heritage vehicles.
To get a chance to view some of the service vehicles those interested can attend from 10am till 4pm.
