A former out-of-hour school care building in Dumbarton is up for sale by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Bellsmyre Schools Out Club on Howtashaws Road is for sale with the hope that it can be used again for similar community use.
The building is next to Our Lady & St Patrick's High School and Bellsmyre Campus which incorporates two primary schools and an early years childcare centre.
The heritable interest in the property is available for sale, which means outright ownership.
The building was refurbished in 2017 meaning it is in good condition.
The main space has a kitchen, office and toilets as well as a garden to the front.
The land is zoned for open space, but has the building already placed there. The council says the preferred outcome would be a re-use of the existing building/site for community use or use associated with the open space.
Residential requests are less likely to be accepted as there is a floodlight to the nearby pitch.
