A kitchen company has held a fun day for their customers to 'give back' to them.

Howdens in Dumbarton was joined by a local pizza shop, Bangin' Pizza, to give their employees some downtime while raising money for a local cause.

On Thursday (August 8) families were invited to take part in competitions, games and a delicious bit to eat at the food truck.

Winners of the competition could grab their hands on power tools, vouchers and a keg of beer.

The day is a chance for us to give back to our staff. We really enjoy speaking to them in person and having a great time with them.

"We chose Robin House as our charity because a lot of people in our community have used or been touched by the hospice. They do such good work and they help so many people."
