A woman has been arrested following reports of a disturbance on a street near the Renton train station last night.
Police attended the scene in the Grant Crescent area at around 6.55pm on Thursday, August 22.
A 41-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Reports on social media estimated four police vehicles were at the scene.
She will appear in Dumbarton Sherrif Court on Wednesday, September 18.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.55pm on Thursday, August 22, 2024 officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the Grant Crescent area of Renton.
"A 41-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. She will appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, September 18, 2024."
