Dumbarton residents are being urged to give blood as donation service urges locals to fill their sessions.
The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service is asking locals to attend their latest sessions and give blood to those in need.
Sessions are being held tomorrow, September 3 and the next day, September 4 between 1.30pm and 3.30pm and then later on at 5pm to 7.30 pm at the Concorde CE Centre.
Whether you are a first-time donor or just thinking of donating the service is welcoming anyone who can help.
Just one blood donation can save or improve the lives of up to three people, according to the service.
An SNBTS spokesperson said: "We’re always looking for these vital donations so please come down to the Concord on Tuesday or Wednesday.
"Having blood available at all times is essential and the SNBTS work to ensure that patients in Scotland, wherever they are treated, have the very best transfusion care.
“It is our responsibility to make sure blood is available when patients need it, and residents in Dumbarton and Alexandria can play their part in helping us achieve our goals.
“Whether you are thinking about donating for the first time, a regular donor or haven’t donated in a while, a warm welcome from our staff awaits you.”
