A popular Dumbarton pub is set to reopen this weekend.
The Stags Head, located on Dumbarton Road, closed on July 6, 2023 after over 50 years of serving the town.
It is understood the closure came about after the pub's lease ran out last year and a decision was made not to extend it by then-owners Mitchells & Butlers.

However, it has now been confirmed that the business will reopen on Friday, September 13 at 5pm.
The announcement was made on social media.
A Facebook post read: "Opening this Friday, September 13 at 5pm.
"Come join us!"
