A road in Gartocharn is set to close for up to five days next month.

Caldarvin Station Road will be shut from Thursday, October 31 to allow for Scottish Water to attend to a disconnection in the area.

West Dunbartonshire Council confirmed the closure on their website.

The disruption will be in place 280 metres from its junction with A810 with Finary Road and 300 metres from its junction with Auchincarroch Road, for a distance of 90 metres or thereby.

Access to emergency vehicles, properties and for pedestrian through traffic will be maintained, although delays are to be expected.
