Children in Brucehill can now enjoy a refurbished playpark.
The park at Brucehill’s Firthview Terrace is the first of eight sites to be completed as part of an effort to improve play areas across West Dunbartonshire.
The council is working to replace and renew play equipment.
Work is continuing on the other parks to ensure safe and fun play areas for children in the area.
Councillor David McBride, convener of infrastructure, regeneration and economic development, said: "It’s a pleasure to be able to visit this refurbished playpark in Brucehill which will be a great resource for the young people who stay nearby.
“I am delighted that the council is investing in equipment so children can enjoy the playparks in their communities.”
Councillor Lawrence O’Neill, vice convener of infrastructure, regeneration and economic development, said: "I am pleased that the council has been able to deliver this project and hope that the young people here take the opportunity to enjoy their refurbished playpark."
