A man has been arrested following a police pursuit which ended with a vehicle crashing in Dumbarton.
The car failed to stop for cops on Glasgow Road in Clydebank, at the junction with Kilbowie Road, at around 10.20am on Friday, November 1.
A short pursuit took place until the vehicle crashed in the Strathleven Place area of Dumbarton and the driver was traced nearby shortly afterwards.
A 20-year-old man was charged in connection with road traffic offences.
He is expected to appear in court shortly.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.20am on Friday, November 1, 2024, a vehicle failed to stop for police on Glasgow Road in Clydebank, at the junction with Kilbowie Road.
“A short pursuit took place until the vehicle crashed in the Strathleven Place area of Dumbarton and the driver was traced nearby shortly afterwards.
“A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences.
"He is expected to appear at court at a later date.”
