ALL the proposals that have been put forward in the past and present about sorting Dumbarton out is nothing more than a diversion from what really is going on within the council. Lomondgate site sold by council; part of Common; Posties Park; land at Leven Street; Sandpoint, First Bus site, the River Leven, the Common Good Fund, Overtoun House, the library headquarters.

The list goes on, there would appear to be a very large amount of irregularities going on here and it's about time external investigations were under way to find who is responsible and then we might see some improvements in this town (just a wee point housing does not create long-term work) after all look at the houses that are being demolished.

Land that our council gives away is designed to fill the pockets of just a few.
